CANCELLATION POLICY

I pride myself on being on time and providing the best customer care. My business is solely appointment based. Without sufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, not only has a waitlist client missed out, I am now without business for the duration of your scheduled appointment time. Please be considerate of these circumstances.

Less than 24-hour notice for a cancellation or rebooking will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Credit card information must be kept on file to book. You will be automatically charged following the missed appointment.

Illness is the only exception to the policy.

REFUND POLICY

A refund will be issued to any client that has prepaid for their appointment and has cancelled at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Refunds are not issued for completed services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please do not hesitate to notify me within two days of your service. You will be booked for an appointment to make adjustments at no charge.
